ElevenLabs has expanded its platform offerings into three primary areas: ElevenAgents for intelligent customer experiences, ElevenCreative for generative audio and video production, and ElevenAPI for developer access to audio foundational models.
ElevenLabs is seeking a product marketer to scale the ElevenLabs for Government initiative into public sector markets globally. This remote position involves shaping capabilities for government entities that assist citizens through voice technology. The role focuses on public sector applications including non-emergency contact centers, benefits processing, health and social services, and licensing. This position suits an autonomous professional with experience marketing to government and public sector segments across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government
- Scale the narrative across national and local government in the UK and EU, federal, state, and local entities in the US, and public sector agencies in APAC and LATAM
- Anchor messaging in citizen outcomes covering non-emergency contact centers, benefits eligibility, health and social services, and licensing and permitting
- Position solutions for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, security, and data residency mandates
- Lead industry content creation, landing pages, and thought leadership materials
Requirements
- Experience as a product marketer scaling messaging into Government and Public Sector segments from a growth or product marketing seat
- Background in selling or marketing into more than one segment of the public sector
- Technical familiarity with conversational agents including latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails
- Project management ability across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches
- Capacity to take initiative and work autonomously from day one
