Pavago is hiring a full-time Project Manager - Construction & ERRCS to operate remotely during U.S. business hours. This position involves overseeing commercial and industrial Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems initiatives from initial bidding to final project closeout. The professional in this role will handle documentation, coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies, and juggle multiple assignments at once.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in U.S. commercial construction project management. Responsibilities include logging bids, reviewing architectural plans, researching local fire codes and permit regulations, gathering vendor credentials, preparing submittals, and monitoring installation schedules. The role also requires contributing to process improvements, tracking budgets, and managing post-installation closeout documentation.
Responsibilities
- Log incoming bid requests and review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project manuals
- Research local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements, fire codes, and permit procedures
- Coordinate Requests for Quotations with radio frequency engineers, installers, and equipment vendors
- Prepare, organize, and distribute project submittals to clients, installers, and regulatory authorities
- Submit documentation for formal plan reviews and apply for necessary building or fire permits
- Monitor equipment orders, delivery schedules, and project timelines while addressing issues proactively
- Compile and distribute final closeout packages, including commissioning reports, signal tests, and warranties
- Refine standardized project management processes, templates, and automation workflows
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, contractors, and resources simultaneously
- Familiarity with U.S. construction project workflows, the International Building Code, and the International Fire Code
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience utilizing project management systems or customer relationship management platforms
- Professional English communication skills in both written and verbal formats
Qualifications
- Prior background working with Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems, Public Safety Distributed Antenna Systems, Bi-Directional Amplifiers, radio frequency systems, or fire alarms
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience coordinating directly with fire departments, building departments, fire marshals, or building inspectors
- Background navigating construction permitting and plan review procedures with U.S. commercial construction companies
