Job Description
Xendit operates as a financial technology platform that provides businesses with a single unified infrastructure layer for financial services, payouts, treasury, and payment acceptance. The RevOps Systems team is seeking a RevOps Systems Administrator specializing in Salesforce to maintain and improve the revenue engine platform. This hands-on position acts as the day-to-day owner of the go-to-market platform, managing regular system configurations and leading structured continuous improvement sprints rather than operating through an ad hoc ticket queue.
This role suits professionals with 2 to 5 years of administrator experience who excel at handling declarative configurations, coordinating with engineers, and maintaining platform health across integrated sales tools such as Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft, and DealOps. The chosen candidate will triage enhancement requests from finance, customer success, and sales stakeholders, resolve declarative updates independently, and partner closely with engineers and the CRM Transformation Lead to deliver predictable platform enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Manage continuous improvement sprints by owning and co-running the backlog with the CRM Transformation Lead through planning, prioritization, and review.
- Execute basic Salesforce configurations including Flow Builder automation, reports, dashboards, page layouts, sharing rules, validation rules, and permission sets.
- Take over maintenance for integrated sales tools after successful project implementation and handle basic configurations.
- Engage with third-party vendor customer success managers during enhancement implementations when necessary.
- Intake and triage enhancement requests from various stakeholders, resolving declarative tasks directly and drafting clear specifications for engineers.
- Monitor user access, data quality, and platform adoption across Salesforce and integrated systems to flag potential risks proactively.
- Coordinate handoffs and run user acceptance testing on custom development items delivered by Salesforce Engineers.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, business processes, and decisions.
Requirements
- Possess two to five years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable hands-on platform administration capacity.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce features including Flow Builder, reports, dashboards, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Show experience participating in or running sprint-based delivery methods like backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and triage a live stream of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exhibit clear written and verbal communication skills to explain technical choices and write actionable specifications for engineers.
- Have experience performing system configurations for third-party platforms integrated with Salesforce.
- Be proactive in interacting with third-party vendor customer success managers during new enhancement deployments.
Qualifications
- Hold a Salesforce Administrator certification or possess equivalent hands-on administration experience.
- Bring experience using agile or backlog management tools like Linear, Asana, or Jira for Kanban or sprint delivery cadences.
- Have prior exposure to revenue operations or go-to-market workflows including quote-to-cash, lead-to-cash, or billing and collections.
- Bring prior work background from a regulated, fast-scaling environment, payments sector, or fintech industry.
