Job Description
Roboflow makes it simpler to build and deploy computer vision models, and its open source and hosted tools are used by more than one million developers, including teams at half of the Fortune 100. The company has raised more than $63 million from backers such as Y Combinator and Google Ventures. This Sales Director, Enterprise Sales role leads a group of enterprise account executives who win new large-company logos and expand existing ones. The posting does not specify a work location.
The director owns team quota attainment, pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, and leads the post-mortem when results fall short. The team standard is at least two new meetings and one qualified new opportunity per rep each week, with reps generating their own pipeline rather than relying on marketing or SDRs. The leader runs weekly deal reviews that test each deal's real status, provides live coaching and call reviews, and upholds a value-based selling method. Recruiting is continuous, with talent mapping and a high-bar hiring rubric to raise team quality over time. The business model centers on landing accounts and growing them, with seven-figure contracts often reached inside a year.
Candidates should have led enterprise account executives to consistent team quota and been a top individual contributor first. They should have personally built outbound pipelines, handle a live deal review without a script, and have worked in companies sized between $10 million and $200 million in ARR. Helpful background includes selling AI, ML, developer tooling, data infrastructure or technical platforms, handling contracts worth $100,000 or more a year, and formal Command of the Message training. The target compensation is $400,000 OTE, uncapped. Benefits include travel, productivity, AI tools, lunch and home-office stipends, health insurance coverage for the employee and family, and equity.
