NeuraFlash, a part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Architect (Technical Architect) to join its remote team. In this position, you will lead end-to-end technical solution designs for Agentforce, Data 360, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating directly with clients and internal delivery teams from initial architecture through production deployment. You may also have opportunities to build solutions across platforms like AWS and Google Cloud.
This role suits experienced technical architects and application developers who excel at designing secure data structures, establishing ingestion best practices, and guiding development teams through code reviews and mentoring. The position requires frequent engagement with clients, strong communication skills, and the capacity to push the limits of AI-powered agents and generative AI technologies. Candidates must be comfortable maintaining a valid passport and traveling up to twenty-five percent of the time for customer projects and company events.
Responsibilities
- Own complete technical solution designs covering agent topics, instructions, actions, deployment strategies, and underlying data structures
- Partner with customers and multidisciplinary teams to transform business requirements into robust technical architectures
- Manage and contribute to all project phases spanning initial planning, development, testing, and final production rollout
- Architect scalable and secure data setups on Salesforce Data 360, configuring DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation
- Establish robust data ingestion methodologies and grounding strategies utilizing unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
- Formulate integration pathways linking Salesforce environments with external third-party systems
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct design and code reviews, and set development standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce
- Define evaluation protocols, guardrails, and Einstein Trust Layer standards for AI agents
- Create reusable components to enhance delivery speed and maintain consistent project quality
- Keep pace with emerging technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms
Requirements
- Six or more years of application and software development experience
- Four or more years of Salesforce experience in a technical architecture or development capacity
- Demonstrated proficiency in Apex and JavaScript
- Working knowledge or exposure to modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Hands-on background building Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
- Practical experience designing Agentforce agents, automated workflows, and business solutions
- Background architecting solutions on Salesforce Data 360
- Experience implementing REST API integrations between Salesforce and external platforms
- Familiarity with front-end web development concepts including HTML and CSS
- Proficiency with source control workflows, branching, and pull request strategies
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong communication abilities to explain complex technical ideas to technical and executive audiences
- Must possess and maintain a valid passport while employed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
- Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI tools
- Familiarity with Data 360 elements like unstructured DMOs, RAG, search indexes, and identity resolution
- Experience utilizing Agentforce Agent Script for next-generation authoring
- Prior consulting or professional services delivery background leading technical workstreams
- Exposure to additional Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel features
- Experience utilizing Amazon Connect or alternative telephony platforms
- Background designing solutions on AWS or GCP, including AWS Lambda functions
- Proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
- Relevant certifications including Salesforce Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Application or System Architect, or Claude Certified Architect
