NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is currently seeking a Sr. Developer, MuleSoft for a remote, full-time position. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented integration expert who possesses an analytical mindset and advanced technical capabilities on the Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. Daily duties involve writing clean code to create fully functional applications, managing integrations, and providing technical leadership.
The position requires close coordination with diverse teams comprising clients, system integrators, contractors, and internal personnel. Professionals in this role will also help guide and mentor junior services team members, lead multi-phased delivery projects, and contribute subject matter expertise to internal knowledge exchanges. Responsibilities
- Write clean code to produce fully functional applications and modules based on project specifications
- Execute MuleSoft implementations for clients while aligning business outcomes with implementation approaches
- Contribute subject matter deliverables and expertise to internal knowledge sharing
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training on technical and soft skills to junior services team members
- Lead technical teams through multi-phased project delivery and establish standards for development and governance
- Design, develop, secure, and manage APIs using API Gateways and Proxies
- Handle design patterns related to Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations
Requirements
- Possess four to six or more years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions
- Demonstrate expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions
- Work effectively within diverse technical teams that include clients, system integrators, contractors, and internal staff
- Utilize working knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise infrastructures, configuration, deployments, and SDLC pipelines
Qualifications
- Hold MuleSoft Developer Level 1 certification for Mule 4
- Hold MuleSoft Certified Architect certification (preferred)
- Gain prior exposure and experience with Java and Salesforce development or configuration
- Gain experience utilizing various MuleSoft connectors including Salesforce, SAP, File, and Database
