Job Description

Experian is a global data and technology company operating across financial services, healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, insurance, and other sectors. With a workforce of 25,200 employees across 32 countries, the company applies advanced technologies and data to create opportunities for individuals and businesses.

Experian seeks a remote Salesforce CRM Team Lead to join its Global CRM team. This role focuses on elevating the operational maturity of the Salesforce platform and its support personnel. The incoming team lead will support various business units and capabilities, including Experience Cloud, CPQ, connected marketing automation, automated testing, and enterprise data warehouse platforms.

The position requires combining advanced administrative tasks, delivery management, data quality assurance, process standardization, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Additionally, the team lead will oversee Salesforce AI capabilities, build trusted stakeholder relationships, mentor CRM analysts, and provide multilingual support in both English and Spanish for users in North America and Latin America. This fully remote opportunity places the first North American time-zone resource within the team to improve response times and regional collaboration.

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce utilizing declarative tools such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, and advanced Flow automation
  • Lead root cause analyses and design scalable solutions for complex business requirements

  • Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Mentor and coach CRM analysts regarding standards, governance, and operational best practices
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-priority user issues and provide hands-on support

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience administering or supporting Salesforce in complex, multi-business-unit environments
  • More than 2 years of experience leading Salesforce administration teams or delivery initiatives, including mentoring colleagues
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Flow automation and process optimization
  • Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile delivery methodologies, such as backlog management and sprint planning
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to guide architectural discussions and technical direction without acting as the primary hands-on developer
