Job Description
Experian Partner Solutions is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to join the Front End Products team located in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, the selected candidate will design, construct, ship, and maintain white-labeled web products, embedded components, and turnkey hosted sites that run in external environments under partner brands. The operating model centers entirely on AI-assisted development, requiring the engineer to direct AI coding agents as the primary implementation method while maintaining full personal accountability for the output. This senior individual contributor position demands architectural expertise, robust judgment for interface and API design, and the capability to handle multi-tenant environments where production software affects all consumers simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage web software through its complete lifecycle from design through production support
- Direct AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or Kiro to complete implementation tasks
- Deconstruct complex features into reliable chunks for agent execution and write precise prompts and specifications
- Make critical architectural decisions regarding API design, service boundaries, versioning, and backward compatibility
- Build applications intended for external hosting environments and unfamiliar partner configurations
- Utilize AI tools to generate test suites and regression coverage while identifying adversarial inputs and edge cases
- Evaluate potential blast radiuses prior to merging code in a multi-tenant product environment
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building and launching production web software with post-launch ownership
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across both client and server sides
- Practical awareness of web security topics including XSS vectors, injection, authentication, and sensitive data handling
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test and build tooling
- Ability to effectively utilize AI coding assistants as a core development utility
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Deep expertise in React and Node or a comparable ecosystem with a demonstrated ability to learn new technology stacks quickly
- Prior experience working on component libraries, design systems, or SDKs consumed by external teams
