Bosch is seeking a Senior Hyper Automation (RPA, AI, ML) Developer/Engineer for an on-site position in Bengaluru. This full-time role focuses on designing and implementing advanced robotic process automation solutions while integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to optimize business workflows.
The position requires someone capable of analyzing complex operations, building automation workflows across multiple tools, and guiding junior team members. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional groups, handle bot deployment and maintenance, and ensure adherence to performance and security standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex business processes to discover automation opportunities
- Design and build advanced robotic process automation solutions using platforms such as Power Platform, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere
- Incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance automation functionality
- Partner with stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and create technical solutions
- Mentor junior developers regarding development best practices and AI or machine learning integration
- Create and update technical documentation including solution designs, process workflows, and test cases
- Manage bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and error handling within automation environments
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and compliance
- Collaborate with IT and business analysts to integrate automation solutions with existing systems
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for active bots
- Build reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in robotic process automation development with Automation Anywhere A360, Power Automate, and artificial intelligence or machine learning
- Proficiency in Automation 360 along with knowledge of Task Bots, MetaBots, IQ Bots, document automation, and generative AI capabilities
- Understanding of machine learning concepts including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with API usage, SQL queries, and database integration
- Mandatory technical stack proficiency in Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Python
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional A360 or higher
- Power Automate PL certification PL-500
- Knowledge of low-code applications such as OutSystems
- Exposure to chatbot automation or generative AI integrations within Automation Anywhere 360
- Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript
- Good to have skills in deep learning, C#, and Agile methodology
