This full-time Senior Associate, Business Finance role is based in Bangalore and supports the Business Finance team. The job covers revenue operations, planning cycles and commercial decisions for the unit. It is a high-exposure position for someone who wants to build a commercial finance foundation inside a fast-moving ad tech business, and who uses AI tools and automation to work more efficiently.
The associate acts as a finance partner to product, revenue and operations teams. Planning support includes preparing monthly accruals, maintaining revenue files, and building and updating revenue and cost forecasts. The associate analyzes financial trends, flags variances, recommends actions, and carries out periodic reconciliations between records, contracts and actuals.
Commercial work covers reviewing cost and revenue contracts to surface key terms and risks, building deal-level P&L templates, testing scenarios, and checking deals against pricing and margin rules. Process work involves using AI assistants and Power BI or Tableau dashboards for reporting and live KPI views, automating manual steps with no-code or low-code tools, and supporting annual planning with data packs and models.

- Automate manual finance workflows with no-code or low-code tools
- Help the annual plan with data packs, models and written process guides
Requirements
- Chartered accountant qualification, or an MBA in finance from a top-tier (Tier 1) school
- Roughly two to three years in commercial finance or planning-focused work
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort working with large datasets
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and with AI assistants
- Sharp analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to summarize findings crisply
Qualifications
