SEEK is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for its APAC Business Intelligence team. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of APAC BI. The professional in this role will focus on identifying, measuring, analyzing, and reporting consistent APAC metrics to evaluate business health, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic solutions.
The role involves designing, developing, and overseeing real-time Tableau dashboards to track performance, create monthly reports, and prepare executive presentations. The Senior Business Analyst will gather internal and external data, collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and strategic initiatives, monitor progress against established targets, and deliver data-driven insights that support key decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work in the identification, measurement, analytics, and reporting of consistent APAC metrics to determine business health and inspire solutions
- Design, build, and manage real-time Tableau dashboards to monitor performance and prepare monthly reports and executive communications
- Deliver accurate, value-adding, and actionable insights to support key strategic decisions
- Participate in establishing and reviewing KPIs and developing strategic initiatives with relevant stakeholders
- Gather internal and external data to create dashboards for strategic planning, performance measurement, driving sales, and decision making
- Monitor progress and track execution against agreed targets, timelines, and achievements while ensuring data accuracy
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in analysis, strategy, or research-related roles
- Strong familiarity with statistical methods
- Experience working on strategy or research projects and defining them in terms of specific objectives and outcomes
- Demonstrated track record of serving as an insights partner to stakeholders beyond acting solely as a data or report provider
- History of tackling difficult strategy or analytics questions and delivering actionable, business-oriented recommendations
- Proficiency with SQL, Databricks, Tableau Desktop and Server, and Microsoft Excel
