Job Description

The Senior Business CRM Manager role is based in Austin, on-site and full time, within Wise's CRM team. The team is expanding to consolidate regional communications for business customers in the Americas. The role is a senior regional CRM owner responsible for expanding Wise Business in North America and Latin America. Winning new customers sits at the heart of it: getting companies to find Wise, see why moving over from a current provider pays off, and start using it actively.

The post sets priorities for a regional B2B CRM roadmap that balances acquisition, onboarding and activation with long-term customer value. It coordinates with Sales on who to target, how leads qualify, how they are handed over, and how lead quality is judged, and with above-the-line and Brand teams to connect campaigns to lead capture, nurture and conversion. Hands-on duties include building acquisition and switching journeys adapted to local business audiences, running the email, push and in-app programmes from start to finish, and working with Analytics to measure pipeline, conversion and commercial impact.

Candidates are expected to bring at least five years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience with measurable B2B outcomes, and at least two years leading a high-growth CRM team. The posting looks for someone who works with autonomy, adapts strategy between markets and combines technical comfort with a clear sense of how messages look to customers. Spanish, Portuguese and coding skills such as SQL or Liquid are listed as nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Set priorities for the regional B2B CRM roadmap and answer for it
  • Agree target audiences and qualification criteria with Sales, and act on feedback about lead quality and objections
  • Tie above-the-line and brand campaigns into lead capture, nurturing and conversion paths
  • Build acquisition and switching journeys suited to local propositions, tone, creative and channels
  • Run email, push and in-app programmes from start to finish, covering segmentation, personalisation, testing and QA
  • Work with Analytics to assess pipeline, conversion and incremental commercial impact
  • Manage campaign prioritisation, calendar coordination and deliverability

Requirements

  • At least five years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with B2B acquisition or nurturing work that produced measurable commercial results
  • Minimum of two years heading up a fast-scaling CRM team
  • Track record of cross-channel lifecycle communications across email, push and in-app messages
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and a customer-first mindset
  • Self-starter who takes ownership with limited oversight
  • Regional or global experience adapting strategy across markets

Qualifications

  • Experience across North and Latin American markets
  • Spanish and Portuguese language skills
  • Coding skills such as SQL or Liquid
