The role involves starting from user problems rooted in research and feedback, building accessible content standards that scale, and translating technical concepts into intuitive patterns. The selected candidate will design conversational experiences for AI-driven features, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness while leveraging AI tools to audit content, synthesize research, and prototype ideas. Collaboration across functions includes working directly with interaction designers, researchers, product managers, technical writers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy for software products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving in complex B2B or technical environments. Responsibilities
- Ground content in user research and feedback to enhance experience quality
- Design informational structures, hierarchies, and flows for enterprise products
- Establish company content standards, terminology, and patterns for specific product areas
- Partner with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers from concept to release
- Translate technical concepts into intuitive content and patterns
- Shape conversational experiences and transparent content systems for AI-driven features
- Utilize AI tools for content audits, research synthesis, and prototyping
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy for software products
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving approaches in complex products
- Experience with B2B or technical products such as admin, configuration, developer, or data tools
- Expert writing and editing skills
- Experience working across functions throughout the product development lifecycle
- Experience using AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Qualifications
- Experience designing conversational or AI-powered experiences
- Experience contributing to content standards, terminology systems, or design systems
- Hands-on use of AI in content work such as writing prompts, building agents, or setting up automated checks
- Familiarity with Markdown or Git
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
- Working knowledge of Figma, Miro, and AI prototyping tools
- Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
