The role is remote and open to candidates in the United States, except those in the San Francisco Bay Metro, New York City Metro and Washington, D.C. Metro areas. It expects people to keep Pacific-time hours and to work well across other time zones.
Samsara, which trades on the NYSE under the ticker IOT, offers a Connected Operations Cloud. The platform helps organizations that run physical operations, such as farming, construction, field service, transport and factories, use IoT data to improve safety, efficiency and sustainability. The company describes itself as a recently public business that builds for the long term.
The program manager owns how creative requests are taken in, ranked, staffed and shipped for brand work, campaigns, launches, web and events. Responsibilities include managing creative programs from kickoff to launch, across several functions, building program plans for major campaigns and launches, tracking milestones, and giving senior leaders clear status updates. The role runs intake and capacity planning for in-house designers, video and digital teams, freelancers and agencies, and manages vendor and agency relationships, including statements of work and budgets. It also defines creative workflows and governance, administers work-management tools, builds dashboards, and identifies AI-powered automations that reduce manual coordination.
Candidates should bring seven-plus years of running programs or projects in an in-house studio, brand group or agency. Knowledge of how creative gets made for design, copy, video and web work, plus strong presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders, are also required.
