Job Description
Culture Amp is hiring a French-speaking Senior Customer Success Manager who will look after enterprise accounts in France and the CEMEA region. The job blends customer success with renewals. The holder acts as the principal strategic adviser for each account across its entire lifecycle, drives adoption and retention, and helps refine the enterprise customer experience playbook. The listing is hybrid and based in London.
Much of the work involves strategic discussions with executive teams, such as chief people officers, heads of people and organisational development leaders, often together with people scientists or account executives. The manager leads the main customer milestones: kick-off meetings, feedback strategy sessions, business reviews, project check-ins and platform training. Renewals are central: creating plans that lock in renewals on schedule, catching and reducing risk early, leading complicated negotiations with legal and finance, and forecasting the pipeline accurately.
The role also partners with account executives to find upsell and cross-sell openings when contracts come up, and with customer success managers, people scientists, product and support teams to keep the experience consistent. When needed, the manager resets expectations through candid conversations, records customer value in the CRM and relays customer feedback to product and engineering. Team duties include mentoring renewal managers and customer success managers and improving renewal workflows, pricing reviews and objection handling.
Candidates should have around three to five-plus years in customer success, renewal work or account management within SaaS or enterprise software, a record of meeting retention and revenue goals on large renewals, and a grasp of ARR, GRR, NRR and total cost of ownership. Native French and fluent English are essential, and native Arabic is beneficial. Salesforce and Vitally experience is preferred.
