Motive is recruiting a Senior Enablement Operations Manager who will architect the infrastructure and operating model that allow its revenue enablement team to expand. The role is on-site and lists Pakistan as the location. The manager connects enablement strategy with technology, content, learning ops, analytics, automation and field uptake.
Day to day, the work covers intake and ranking of requests, initiative tiers, planning, progress health, risk and dependency tracking, decision logs and reporting. Selected flagship efforts are run end to end, from scoping through release, uptake, measurement and transfer to owners. Reusable guides are produced for product and maintenance go-lives, platform deployments, learning programs, messaging, post-launch support and feedback cycles. The role sets leading and lagging indicators, dashboards and executive updates that tie activity to readiness and adoption. The manager coordinates systems and data links across enablement, communication and reporting tools, and looks for automation and AI opportunities that cut down manual effort.
The manager establishes operating rhythms and decision rights so cross-functional teams can resolve trade-offs. The manager works with IT, security, purchasing, finance, product, product marketing, sales, customer education, support teams and field management, folding their needs into one plan. The ideal candidate has run strategic, portfolio or enablement operations programs, designed governance or service models, understands enterprise SaaS administration and integrations, and can define meaningful measures from data and report progress honestly. Responsibilities
- Manage the enablement operations portfolio, covering intake, prioritization and status reporting
- Carry flagship programs from scoping through go-live, uptake and impact measurement
- Build repeatable playbooks for launches, system rollouts, training and hypercare
- Define indicators, dashboards and executive updates that connect activity to outcomes
- Coordinate system and data links across enablement and reporting tools
- Spot automation and AI chances that cut down hand-run coordination
- Establish governance, decision rights and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams
- Work with vendors, procurement, security and legal on requirements
Requirements
- Experience leading strategic or portfolio programs in enablement, revenue operations, GTM technology or a related function
- Track record of carrying complex cross-functional programs through to adoption
- Experience designing operating models, governance or intake processes
- Solid background administering enterprise SaaS platforms and their connections
- Ability to define useful measures and communicate progress and trade-offs
- Articulate in messaging to leaders, engineers, program sponsors and frontline users
- Ownership and steady progress in ambiguous or shifting situations
