Twilio is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to support two VPs within its R&D division. Operating on a remote-first basis within the United States, this position plays a critical role in managing complex calendars, facilitating internal communications, and coordinating strategic team events. The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership and peer administrators to keep projects and priorities on track. While primarily remote, occasional in-person attendance may be requested for team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end travel, expense tracking, and event logistics while serving as a primary point of contact for the executive team's direct reports. Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars by stack-ranking incoming requests and protecting leadership time using independent judgment
- Oversee end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics and manage expense reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive direct reports to help surface operational roadblocks early
- Plan and execute leadership off-sites, team gatherings, and special projects including budgeting and venue selection
- Support internal communications by facilitating all-hands meetings, managing distribution lists, and scheduling broadcasts
- Partner with peer Executive Business Partners across departments to align with R&D and company-wide objectives
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced technology environment
- Seven or more years of experience supporting leaders in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or related functions
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion
- Experience organizing domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, and visa requirements
- Proficiency in common administrative tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack
Qualifications
- Prior support roles within the high-tech industry, ideally within engineering or product teams
- Understanding of business operating cadences and team rhythm requirements
- Experience with contract management and procurement processes
- Ability to conduct research and generate reports or presentations
- Experience tracking travel and entertainment expenses against established budgets and understanding headcount planning
