This full-time, on-site content post in Bengaluru is for a senior executive who leads storytelling about the city's food and culture scene. The role works within Servd's content operation; Swiggy partnered with Servd, a food media house, in 2024. Servd is known for restaurant reviews, chef conversations and city events, was previously called Mumbai Foodie, and has since spread to several other cities.
The executive hunts for Bengaluru food stories, from little-known spots to fresh openings, and shapes them into engaging material. Duties include writing, scripting and presenting short-form videos, posts and other online pieces, representing the brand at tastings, events and restaurant openings, and keeping up with local food, lifestyle and digital trends. The executive also polishes the work of junior creators for tone and accuracy, reads analytics to improve output, and helps plan the content calendar. Script decisions are made independently, and collaboration requests from Swiggy are handled.
Applicants should have a year or more of producing content, preferably in lifestyle, food and beverage or media, and be comfortable on camera or have hosted, presented or anchored before. Strong writing, scripting and editing skills, familiarity with performance tools, search optimization and social media norms, and the ability to mentor junior creators are needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive storytelling on Bengaluru's food and culture scene

Requirements
- A minimum of one year producing content, with lifestyle, F&B or media work preferred
- Comfortable on camera, or previously hosted, presented or anchored content
- Excellent writing, scripting and editorial skills
- Experience planning content, running campaigns and working across teams
- Familiar with how content performs, plus SEO and social media norms
- Ability to guide junior creators
