Fleetio is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Administrator to manage, govern, and optimize the tools and processes responsible for creating, enriching, cleaning, routing, and activating revenue data across the organization. Operating in a hands-on capacity, this role serves as a data problem solver and systems operator rather than a dedicated Salesforce administrator, though Salesforce remains a vital part of the connected ecosystem.
The person in this position will take ownership of revenue systems such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack integrations. Responsibilities include building a comprehensive data enrichment strategy, overseeing deduplication and data hygiene, configuring lead and account routing logic, and designing cross-platform workflow automations. Collaboration is a key component of the job, partnering closely with Salesforce administrators, revenue operations, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align technology with business rules.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize go-to-market systems that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate data within Salesforce
- Oversee day-to-day administration and strategy for revenue data systems to ensure governance and alignment with business needs
- Direct the data enrichment strategy encompassing account and contact data, firmographic details, and buying committee information
- Administer Clay and ZoomInfo tools, controlling enrichment logic, credit usage, field mapping, and data quality monitoring
- Handle deduplication and data hygiene processes using RingLead for matching, normalization, and merge rules
- Configure lead, contact, account, and opportunity routing logic in LeanData alongside internal stakeholders
- Build alerting systems and workflow automations across LeanData, Zapier, Slack, and connected applications
- Partner with the Salesforce team to define data creation, storage, governance, and integration architecture
- Translate business requirements into functional documentation, process maps, field mappings, and test plans
- Monitor data flows and tech stack integrations to identify and resolve sync errors, API failures, and quality exceptions
- Evaluate industry trends in go-to-market technology and AI-enabled data workflows to recommend ecosystem improvements
- Manage vendor relationships for assigned systems including support escalation, roadmaps, and usage tracking
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue systems, sales operations, business systems, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce-connected go-to-market systems and understanding Salesforce objects, fields, and permissions
- Experience administering or working deeply with revenue data platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, or Workato
- Familiarity with go-to-market data architecture covering leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and lifecycle stages
- Background in executing data enrichment, deduplication, normalization, and hygiene processes
- Experience configuring lead routing, account routing, territory assignment, and SLA-based workflows
- Demonstrated ability to produce practical process maps, field mapping documents, and troubleshooting guides
- Strong stakeholder communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs and system limitations
