Job Description
Twilio is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor for its worldwide Internal Audit group. The work involves planning and carrying out risk-driven reviews of operations and compliance across the company's global functions, then reporting results. The auditor maps processes, records testing evidence, and writes reports that explain underlying causes and broader consequences, not just a list of errors. Following up on management's corrective actions until the risks are closed is part of the role.
The role also backs the company's SOX program by testing whether business process controls are designed well and work in practice, and by tracking how deficiencies get fixed. The auditor partners with business units to strengthen workflows and build processes that scale, and pushes adoption of AI and automation to make audit work faster. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, and calls for working independently while coordinating other people on the project team.
The job is remote, with hiring limited to Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta in Canada. Roughly five percent travel is expected for in-person time with customers and coworkers. The estimated compensation band is USD 82,720 to 103,400 annually, plus a 12.5 percent target bonus. Starting pay depends on experience, skills, and location.
