This full-time, remote position offers a salary range of $165,000 to $185,000 per year. The role involves guiding large-scale, cross-functional programs for major global organizations navigating digital transformation and the evolving artificial intelligence landscape.
As an Engagement Lead, the Senior Manager collaborates across strategy, design, and technology teams to direct human-centered digital experiences and AI-powered products. The professional acts as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite and executive clients, shaping long-term strategies, overseeing program delivery, and fostering account growth. Key duties include managing project governance, leading business development pursuits, facilitating executive workshops, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities
- Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation and AI strategy programs
- Manage program governance including budget, timeline, scope, resourcing, organization, implementation, and risk management
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and consultants to align business goals with user experience
- Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for executive client stakeholders
- Drive business development initiatives, lead pursuits, and expand existing client accounts
- Direct the creation of target-state operating models and AI-forward digital solutions
- Lead executive sessions, design thinking workshops, technology architecture sessions, and strategic planning
- Structure and author high-impact presentations, business cases, RFPs, and thought leadership materials
- Leverage expertise in AI and digital domains to strengthen client deliverables and mentor junior staff
Requirements
- Have at least 6 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate a history of serving as an Engagement Lead managing large-scale, multi-workstream digital programs and client relationships
- Show proven success in business development, relationship expansion, and leading strategic client pursuits
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills with executive presence
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen across simultaneous complex programs
- Have experience and comfort with public speaking, executive workshop facilitation, and presentations
- Commit to working four or more days per week in the office under a hybrid model
- Be willing to travel globally for client projects as necessary
