In this role, you will act as a first-line people leader responsible for shaping technical pre-sales excellence, driving solution strategy, and expanding partner-led business development. You will remain hands-on by coaching staff members, participating in critical partner engagements, and directing the creation of repeatable, outcome-driven technology offerings. The position requires travel of up to 30% for organizational, partner, and customer activities.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of senior-level Partner Technology Architects
- Evaluate staff performance through direct observation, peer feedback, and sales insights
- Recruit and build a talent pipeline to support ongoing business demands
- Handle daily operations such as resource scheduling, activity reporting, and expense approvals
- Collaborate on joint business planning to align partner investments, industry focus, and go-to-market priorities
- Guide partners on practice growth, specialization strategy, and AI-enabled readiness
- Oversee technical discovery sessions, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations
- Support partner-led proofs of concept and deliver technical escalation assistance for critical deals
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise technology advisory, partner strategy, or pre-sales solution consulting
- At least 6 years of leadership experience building or managing pre-sales, professional services, or partner-aligned practices
- Demonstrated history of coaching and managing senior professionals using a structured, team-first methodology
- Direct working experience with systems integrators, service providers, hyperscalers, technology alliances, or partners
- Strong executive presence capable of influencing C-level stakeholders and collaborating with enterprise and technical architects
- Solid familiarity with enterprise workflow platforms and at least one core technology domain like cloud, database, or app development
- Working knowledge of data-driven workflows, automation patterns, and AI-enabled use cases
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field
- Hands-on background with the ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents
- ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CIS, or architectural accreditations
- Experience working alongside service advisory firms, outsourcers, or service integrators
- Background in management consulting, strategy advisory, or partner business development
- Familiarity with multiple partner routes to market including build, reseller, MSP, and C&I
