Responsibilities
- Collaborate with public sector business development and sales leads on go-to-market plans for ministries, public sector banks, and higher education institutions
- Lead architecture sessions with government information officers, IT teams, and NIC groups to translate program goals into blueprints
- Own technical responses on requests for proposal and tenders, including compliance matrices, architecture, sizing, and clarifications
- Build and execute proof of concepts and demos covering artificial intelligence, workflow, and integration
- Design solutions within government constraints such as hosting, data localization, security, and artificial intelligence governance
- Co-sell with system integrators and partners regarding solution scope, bid strategy, and delivery handoffs
- Partner with sales, solution consultants, specialists, product, and legal teams on deal strategy and risk
- Work with regional artificial intelligence experts to shape and validate solutions and proof of concepts
- Develop reusable India public sector assets including reference architectures, use-case patterns, and compliance FAQs
- Mentor solution consultants on public sector sales motions
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate artificial intelligence into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Eighty to ten years of exclusive public sector pre-sales experience within government, public sector undertakings, or system integrators/OEMs
- Executive presence, storytelling, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex architecture for non-technical decision makers
- Understanding of artificial intelligence fundamentals including large language models, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, data readiness, and responsible artificial intelligence
- Expertise in artificial intelligence architecture, workflow automation, data and analytics, and integration frameworks
- Proven track record on tenders and requests for proposal with fluency in procurement and compliance requirements
- Depth in enterprise workflow or IT service management platforms alongside integration, application programming interface, data, and automation architecture
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to NCR (New Delhi) with regular travel to government offices
Qualifications
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience including Now Assist and artificial intelligence agents
- Familiarity with MeitY empanelment, GeM, CERT-In, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the IndiaAI Mission
- Existing government and system integrator network
