Job Description
This full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Operations position for demand is based in New York, New York, and needs regular presence in the office. It supports InMobi's North America demand business, covering programmatic and performance solutions sales, growth management and development teams. The manager reports to the Director of Global Revenue Operations and owns the forecast, the design of territories and quotas, and named account lists for each team.
Much of the work centers on forecasting and planning. The manager runs the recurring forecast process for North America agency and in-house sales, performance solutions and account management, delivering weekly and monthly forecast packs, quarterly business plans and variance analysis. Forecast models flag risks and openings early enough for leaders to act, and the manager carries the quarterly planning cycle from closing one quarter through setting goals before the next begins.
Goal setting is a second core area. The manager sets territories, quotas and targets for several North America teams, taking into account how much each account could yield, how mature each market is, and how much capacity the team has. Named account lists are kept current using potential, historical results and market data. The manager works with finance and sales leaders to convert annual and quarterly plans into team goals, and keeps pipeline rules and reporting standards consistent.
The posting asks for five to seven or more years in revenue, sales or business operations, with has handled revenue planning and forecasting across a sales team.
