Job Description
Tide's Operations group runs the live side of each product, bridging Product, Engineering and Data. This full-time remote position lets the holder work from anywhere in Bulgaria. The analyst supports business objectives while collaborating with member support, financial crime, finance, technology, product and outside suppliers.
Work covers keeping processes running smoothly, creating performance indicators, and reporting on how workflows perform. The role leads projects spanning teams and business units, serves as escalation point and third-line support for member support staff, handles complaints about product performance, and helps product managers deliver technical programmes. Customer comments are fed back to product teams, and incident fixes are supported.

Organised, methodical people who notice detail and can juggle parallel tasks suit the role, and comfort with ambiguity helps. Working knowledge of Excel, SQL and Looker is expected.
