This full-time position in Pakistan is a senior operations role at Motive, a company that provides tools for organizations running physical operations. The Senior Order Management Specialist takes end-to-end responsibility for the quote-to-cash process, supports complex deal structures, and works with Sales, Finance and other departments to keep data accurate and operations efficient.
Typical tasks include building and closing quotes, cancelling orders, processing renewals and contract buyouts, updating opportunity stages, switching packages up or down, managing vendor-financed agreements, auditing accounts and merging them. The role also involves finding and resolving technical problems in the Salesforce quote-to-cash flow, advising on complicated deal structures, and regularly coordinating with other teams to close open cases. Sound business judgment, analytical depth and precision are emphasized, since the work takes place in a fast-moving, technology-focused setting.
Qualified candidates usually hold a degree in a business-management field, and finance, economics or supply-chain backgrounds are favored. At least three years of professional experience is needed, along with clear written and spoken English, skill with Microsoft Excel and Word, and familiarity with CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Salesforce quote-to-cash cycle from start to finish.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the quote-to-cash process.
- Advise on complex deal structures.
- Create and complete quotes, and amend opportunity stages.
- Process order cancellations, account renewals and contract buyout quotes.
- Handle package upgrades and downgrades, vendor finance deals, account audits and account mergers.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve open cases.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional work experience.
- Clear, professional English for written and verbal business communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Highly organized and meticulous when entering information.
- Analytical, problem-solving approach with close attention to accuracy.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and projects, and can handle high-volume workloads.
Qualifications
- A degree in a business-management field, with finance, economics or supply-chain backgrounds favored.
