Reddit is hiring a Senior Program Manager for Business Process Transformation within its GTM Excellence team, part of the GTM Strategy and Operations group. The program manager would turn murky problems into clear questions, test hypotheses and find root causes of inefficiency. The role also covers rollout planning, training, adoption and success measures, and works with Sales, Central Operations, Enablement, Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, including root-cause diagnosis
- Experience designing and rolling out standardized, scalable processes
- Clear communication with executives and skill managing stakeholders
- Experience leading change across teams, from framing through adoption
Qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising
- Experience in fast-moving settings with limited resources
- Familiarity with sales tools and workflow automation, including AI-enabled working methods
- Experience in consulting, strategy or transformation work
