Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its team on a 100% remote basis. The company provides an observability platform built on open standards, trusted by major organizations globally. In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Team to manage full-cycle recruitment workflows from sourcing through hiring.
This position requires administrative strength and organization to handle multiple pipelines, manage headcount reconciliation, and coordinate internal interviews. You will engage active and passive talent, guide candidates through the process, and deliver projects on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Greenhouse recruitment process from opening to close
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation and candidate tracking data
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Source active and passive candidates globally using various networks
- Coordinate and participate in internal interviews
- Oversee compensation alignment, equity, and headcount reconciliation
Requirements
- At least five years of recruitment experience working with senior leaders in the SaaS or technology sector
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Administrative strength to navigate multiple documents and systems using process-driven workflows
