Job Description

Culture Amp is recruiting a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the UK&I market, based in London. The job is to lead marketing in the UK, generating pipeline and revenue by tailoring global campaigns so they resonate with local buyers. The manager builds regional plans that turn company growth goals into concrete local events and campaigns, and coordinates with EMEA marketing colleagues and the teams responsible for worldwide demand generation and customer marketing.

Much of the work involves partnering with the senior events lead and the worldwide lifecycle and demand generation groups to adjust messaging and content for UK audiences. Working with SDR teams, the manager runs focused events and campaigns across the region to build new-logo and expansion pipeline. The role represents the UK in global marketing forums, reports regional insight back to headquarters, and collaborates with sales, SDRs, customer experience and people science staff to keep follow-up and deal conversion aligned.

Further tasks include staging joint events and webinars with local partners, developing the channel with the global partnerships head and EMEA sales, and growing the local Community Chapters programme by supporting chapter leads. The manager tracks results, reports returns on spend, and oversees local suppliers so that executions are high quality, timely and within budget.

Success is judged by pipeline and revenue targets, conversion that improves quarter by quarter, strong collaboration with sales and a budget managed with clear return stories. Applicants should have seven or more years of B2B SaaS marketing with proven UK pipeline results, experience with C-suite audiences and buying groups, and fluency with CRM and ABM platforms. Customer marketing, HR technology and partnership background is a plus.
