Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Architect (US) reports to the Senior Manager of AI and Platform Architecture and works remotely on a full-time basis. The architect shapes and steadily improves the Product-to-Cash setup on Salesforce, which runs from quoting and contracting through ordering, fulfillment, billing and revenue. The emphasis is on coaching engineers and solution designers and on lifting the architectural bar across that work.

Deep, hands-on command of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), billing, and the wider quote-to-cash path is central to the post. Typical outputs include high-level and low-level designs, conceptual diagrams and the roadmaps for architecture and systems. Proofs of concept are built to test ideas before anything is delivered, and the architect defines and enforces platform standards. The role also works with the integration team to set up and oversee data exchange between systems.

A large part of the job is finding and closing gaps in process and technology, while designing so the platform handles new products, price structures and billing cases. The posting asks for an AI-first approach that uses Agentforce and Claude-based tools where they add value. The architect coordinates with other architects, data and integration specialists, and product owners so that each solution fits the enterprise design.

Candidates need a degree in a computing or IT discipline, and more than a decade of Salesforce work covering build-out, setup and design. Three to five years of Salesforce architecture experience is the stated minimum. The posting does not give a salary.
