Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain solutions across the Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite and Vertex stack
- Customize Salesforce components such as Apex, Flows, triggers, batch classes and LWC
- Build and maintain integrations over SOAP and REST with n8n and MuleSoft
- Set up monitoring, alerts and runbooks that catch integration faults before they hit revenue
- Ship applications in sprints together with product, QA and business stakeholders
- Join peer code reviews and design walkthroughs, including the architecture committee
- Hold engineering work to high standards of reliability, performance and serviceability
Requirements
- At least seven years configuring and customizing Salesforce
- Sizeable experience in quote-to-cash processes at a subscription software firm
- Practical CPQ work: quote building, price rule logic, order creation and approval routing
- Integration know-how linking Salesforce to billing, ERP and tax platforms
- Working knowledge of the ASC 606 revenue standard, recurring billing, deferred revenue and receivables tie-outs
- Experience with Zuora Billing or Revenue, or with NetSuite ERP
- Familiarity with the Salesforce security model and least-privilege access
- Background in Agile or Scrum and CI/CD tooling inside a source-controlled workflow
