Job Description
This Senior or Staff Product Manager role sits inside Motive's Connected Devices group and is dedicated to in-field hardware for the Equipment Monitoring line. The listing presents this person as the single product owner for every in-field device in the Equipment Monitoring line, accountable for the hardware and firmware plan, launches, and how installed units keep performing.
Day to day, the manager sets direction for the gateway, beacon and sensor lines plus power accessories, guiding each product through validation, certification, ramp-up and aftercare. The manager is measured on field failure and return rates, battery life seen in the field, positioning and connectivity quality, and installation success.
