Job Description
Turing seeks a Social Media Manager to oversee the organization's voice across major social networks, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook. This position operates out of the San Francisco Bay Area and reports directly to the SVP of Marketing. Turing builds high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and benchmarks for frontier artificial intelligence labs, while also assisting Fortune 500 enterprises with agentic AI deployments.
This role centers on translating complex research, product updates, and industry benchmarks into accessible, engaging digital content. The successful candidate will build the daily publishing schedule, interact directly with the artificial intelligence community, cover major gatherings like NeurIPS, and direct employee advocacy initiatives. This is a hands-on writing and strategy role focused strictly on social media growth and community engagement rather than public relations, paid advertising, or graphic design.
Ideal candidates possess extensive experience executing brand social strategies, a proven track record of creating viral or high-reach posts, and fluency in technical artificial intelligence concepts. Professionals who enjoy operating at startup speed, prioritizing rapid execution over lengthy approval cycles, and driving metrics-oriented digital campaigns will find this position aligns with their skill set. Travel to industry events and conferences is a required component of the job.

- Establish performance objectives, monitor analytics metrics, report on content success, and iterate on future strategies
- Run internal employee advocacy programs to amplify messaging
Requirements
