Job Description

This remote, full-time position on the Professional Services delivery team is for a Software Implementation Consultant with a financial focus. Within the LTPAC sector, which covers long-term and post-acute providers, the consultant is the principal point of contact for the customer. The aim is to help each customer reach stronger results with the company's software and to become a trusted adviser who recommends products and working methods.

The consultant leads detailed discovery sessions to record customer expectations, processes and goals. From those findings the consultant proposes how the solution should be set up and where the customer's practices could improve. The role turns technical requirements into configuration work that goes beyond basic entry. Together with project managers and trainers, the consultant builds rollout plans and raises risks, delays and escalations early enough to keep the schedule on track.

Change management is part of the work. Staff at the customer site get prepared for the new system, and the consultant develops readiness and sign-off plans for users. The consultant also keeps up with the company's product line and the value each product creates.

The consultant's reporting line runs to the Senior Manager of Professional Services, per the listing. Up to 30 percent of time may go to travel for customer sites and regional gatherings. The listing does not give a salary.
