Grafana Labs is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join its Commercial Solutions Engineering team on a full-time, 100% remote basis in the United States, specifically for candidates located in the PST or EST time zones. In this customer-facing role, you will act as a product expert to educate prospective and current users, drive technical evaluations, deliver product demonstrations, and facilitate deal closures alongside the sales team. You will also channel customer insights directly back to internal product management and engineering departments. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to explain the core Grafana strategy and vision to clients
- Lead technical engagements to advance high-velocity sales opportunities
- Conduct technical and product presentations for prospective and existing clients
- Collect and channel customer feedback to internal teams regarding products and market competition
- Produce internal and public enablement content such as knowledge base articles, blog posts, video recordings, and documentation updates
Requirements
- Reside within the Central, PST, or EST region of the United States
- Bring at least five years of technical pre-sales background
- Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with a globally distributed team and client base
- Demonstrate strong judgment and collaboration skills suited for a dynamic startup environment
