Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Deployment Solutions to join its team. The organization develops Grafana Cloud, an observability platform built on open source standards that assists over 10,000 organizations in ensuring system reliability and handling telemetry data at scale. Notable customers utilizing these offerings include Microsoft, Salesforce, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, and Anthropic.
In this position, the product manager will handle product offerings operating outside the standard multi-tenant software-as-a-service architecture. This includes overseeing Grafana Federal Cloud for government and regulated agencies alongside Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud, which allows users to direct infrastructure costs to their cloud providers. The responsibilities require setting strategic direction, shaping roadmaps, adapting capabilities for specialized hosting environments, defining market positioning, and evaluating products using artificial intelligence tools.

Responsibilities
- Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana Federal Cloud and Bring Your Own Cloud offerings
- Determine product positioning, differentiation, and messaging while partnering with marketing on launches and enablement
- Collaborate with engineering and technical program management to align buildouts with customer schedules and resource constraints
- Engage directly with customers, field teams, prospects, partners, and analysts regarding deployment options
- Coordinate with legal, security, and compliance teams on authorization requirements and customer commitments
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience handling a technical B2B product, or a technical background in software engineering, SRE, solutions architecture, or technical program management coupled with product ownership experience
- Hands-on background with non-standard deployment architectures such as single-tenant, air-gapped, sovereign, self-managed, government cloud, or bring-your-own-cloud models
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or platform software
- Demonstrated market judgment regarding product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Interest in understanding United States public sector purchasing cycles and customer needs
- Cross-functional leadership skills across distributed teams with strong written and verbal communication abilities
Qualifications
- Experience building products for or selling to government customers or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with sovereign or government cloud frameworks including FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, SecNumCloud, BSI C5, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, GCP Sovereign Cloud, or AWS European Sovereign Cloud
- Background in pricing and packaging strategies across multiple deployment models
- Knowledge of data-intensive infrastructure products, monitoring, or observability tools
- Experience collaborating with cloud marketplace partners, systems integrators, or resellers
- Familiarity with commercial open source companies or open source software
