Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer located in Sydney for a remote-first position. The company builds telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, partnering with major enterprise clients including half of the Fortune 100.
In this role, the candidate will combine technical expertise with communication skills to demonstrate how Cribl solves complex data challenges in real-world environments. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers during the sales cycle, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and supporting proof-of-concept evaluations. Candidates will also document distinct use cases through product documentation and blog posts.
This position requires fluency in English, remote work experience, and a background in sales engineering, support, or professional services. Familiarity with IT operations, security, logs, and metrics is necessary. The candidate must reside in Sydney and be available for travel up to 30 percent of the time, primarily across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Due to the global nature of the remote-first organization, occasional work outside standard hours may be required.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of Cribl during sales processes
- Deliver product demonstrations and answer technical questions on initial sales calls
- Assist customers throughout proof of concept evaluations
- Record interesting use cases in product documentation and blog posts
- Perform duties outside standard working hours when necessary due to multi-time-zone operations
