Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of the automation portfolio
- Manage and develop a team of product marketing managers handling complex cross-functional initiatives
- Use market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product roadmaps
- Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and launch execution for automation and delivery solutions
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing science, and business development teams to align on priorities and success metrics
- Help advertisers maximize performance through the adoption of automated solutions
- Define and track success metrics for product launches and ongoing adoption
- Establish processes and operational rhythms for high-priority initiatives
- Translate complex ad delivery concepts into clear narratives for internal teams and advertisers
Requirements
- Significant experience in advertising, ad tech, product marketing, measurement, delivery, or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in digital ads delivery and the broader automation and performance ecosystem
- Experience leading go-to-market strategy for complex products with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using customer insight, market analysis, and performance data to shape strategy and influence product direction
- Strong people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High judgment, strong prioritization skills, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience using AI and analytical tools to accelerate research and execution
- Ability to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months within commutable distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, or New York
