Twilio is currently seeking a remote Sr. Program Manager, Talent Development to join the organization on a full-time basis. In this role, you will spearhead live learning initiatives, craft leadership offsite gatherings, and act as an internal coach for emerging talent and leaders across a globally distributed, remote-first workforce. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development, you will spend your time facilitating sessions, guiding strategic conversations, and helping drive measurable behavior changes.
This position is ideal for an expert facilitator and credentialed coach who excels at navigating group dynamics, instructional design, and executive presence. Twilio shapes modern communications through innovative solutions and developer tools, fostering a culture of global inclusion and remote collaboration. While the position is remote-friendly, candidates should expect occasional in-person travel for team meetings, customer interactions, or offsites.

Responsibilities
- Design and build facilitated development programs end to end for global leaders, managers, and individual contributors
- Facilitate development programs in-person, virtually, and in hybrid formats across a remote workforce
- Partner with senior leaders to plan and guide leadership team offsites and team effectiveness sessions
- Provide one-on-one and team coaching to leaders and high-potential talent
- Establish internal facilitation capabilities by certifying and developing a bench of facilitators
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and determine appropriate interventions
- Track program, coaching, and offsite impact using participant feedback, behavioral metrics, and business outcomes
Requirements
- 7-10 years of overall experience in talent development
- 7+ years of experience designing and facilitating leadership, manager, and professional development programs
- Demonstrated background in designing and executing executive and leadership team offsites
- Expert facilitation capabilities across virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings
- Instructional design expertise based on adult learning principles
- Executive presence with the capacity to deliver candid feedback and maintain confidentiality
- Experience utilizing coaching and learning data to demonstrate impact and inform decisions
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time for programs and offsites
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field preferred
- Certifications in assessment tools such as Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, or 360-degree feedback instruments
- Experience setting up an internal coaching program or facilitator certification pathway
- Experience applying AI tools to accelerate program design or coaching reach
