ServiceNow is hiring a Staff AI Product Manager for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. This position centers on managing the end-to-end product outcomes for the AP AI Specialist. The role is well-suited for a product professional who can build beyond specifications by prototyping agent behavior, developing demos, and validating technical feasibility with engineering teams.
The person in this role will navigate ambiguous challenges such as customer pain points, evaluation failures, or platform constraints to determine optimal solutions. Responsibilities include defining metrics and evaluation methods for agent behavior, partnering with orchestration and platform teams on architectural tradeoffs, and communicating technical details clearly to executives, architects, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle and outcomes for the AP AI Specialist
- Prototype agent behaviors and create demonstrations to validate technical feasibility before roadmap inclusion
- Address ambiguous challenges including customer issues, evaluation failures, and platform limits
- Establish success criteria, confidence thresholds, and evaluation scenarios for agent behavior
- Collaborate with platform and orchestration teams regarding architectural tradeoffs such as latency and automation
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders
- Engage with real users early in the process to validate solutions prior to further development
Requirements
- 6 to 8 or more years of product management experience
- Demonstrated recent hands-on experience shipping AI or agentic features
- Familiarity with agent architectures including tool use, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning
Qualifications
- Background in integrating AI into decision-making, work processes, or problem-solving
- Knowledge of accounts payable or finance domains
