This role suits an experienced engineer who excels in a hands-on technical lead capacity and wants to influence business value through data-driven corporate IT solutions.
Responsibilities

- Drive the enterprise artificial intelligence strategy by evaluating, installing, configuring, and integrating tools like Gemini and Claude while overseeing token costs and efficiency.
- Create and execute a multi-quarter technology roadmap to anticipate business needs, assess market innovations, and deliver time-bound milestones.
- Handle vendor relationship management by overseeing contract renewals, cost negotiations, SLA enforcement, and technical escalations with global technology partners.
- Perform software licensing and cost optimization audits to right-size tiers and achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance to maintain secure access frameworks and uphold standards like SOC 2 and GDPR.
- Solve complex cross-functional challenges as an escalation subject-matter expert and build automated self-service workflows.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in corporate IT engineering and enterprise systems architecture as an individual contributor
- Expertise in large-scale Google Workspace administration, including Admin Console configurations, Data Loss Prevention, SSO, MFA, and enterprise productivity governance
- Familiarity with deploying, integrating, and managing usage costs for enterprise AI applications such as Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI
- Background in managing enterprise SaaS vendors, enforcing SLAs, and navigating contract renewals
- Knowledge of secure cloud access, network connectivity solutions like SASE and ZTNA, and data residency compliance
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Residency in Brazil as the position is restricted to candidates within the country
