ServiceNow is hiring a Staff Inbound Product Manager for AI Evaluation Tools in Hyderabad. This position is part of the AI Experiences and Innovation group, which leads the agentic AI strategy and roadmap to function as the business transformation platform. The role focuses on building evaluation tooling experiences that let customers reliably assess agentic AI systems and models, encompassing LLMs, RAG, and various frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer empathy with technical insight to design simple yet powerful experiences that reduce the need for manual intervention during agentic AI deployment.
The job involves frequent interactions with external customers and close collaboration across business units. Team members track generative AI trends to ensure users can construct trustworthy systems. Responsibilities span translating customer feedback into product roadmaps, handling end-to-end feature creation from requirements to testing, aligning engineering teams, and partnering with AI research departments to turn experiments into scalable product features.
Responsibilities
- Translate user and partner feedback into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap
- Manage end-to-end feature development by setting requirements, conducting user research, and overseeing development and testing through each release
- Communicate priorities, plans, and customer outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with AI research groups to plan experiments and convert them into scalable features
- Monitor developments in generative AI to guide product evolution for trustworthy agentic AI systems
Requirements
- Bring over 8 years of product management experience or equivalent technical experience within enterprise SaaS
- Demonstrate experience evaluating LLMs and AI solutions
- Possess experience building developer tools for technical end users
- Show expertise in defining product requirements and translating them into a roadmap
Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, problem-solving, decision-making, or workflows
- Demonstrated ability to drive solution development from a big-picture perspective
