ServiceNow is hiring a Staff Inbound Product Manager for Platform and AI Innovation Solutions in Hyderabad on a full-time, on-site basis. This role centers on developing products that give ServiceNow an edge in artificial intelligence and platform technologies, with an immediate focus on agentic systems and AI agents.
The position is well-suited for a technical product professional who enjoys building advanced solutions and keeping pace with artificial intelligence advancements. The successful candidate will translate complex operational needs into functional outcomes, create rapid proofs of concept, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and research groups. Responsibilities
- Formulate product roadmaps and prioritize features specifically for the AI Agent Platform
- Monitor developments in artificial intelligence and platform technology to advise product management leadership
- Build rapid technical prototypes utilizing multiple AI frameworks
- Partner with engineering, design, and AI research units to build and introduce proofs of concept
- Demonstrate proof of concept solutions to internal stakeholders and customers to collect feedback
- Co-create deployments with customers to assess business goals, address pain points, and adjust solutions primarily around agentic systems
- Establish key performance indicators alongside stakeholders, generate tracking scripts or processes, and record customer value
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of product management experience operating inside an Agile framework
- Skilled at building roadmaps, dividing deliverables into Epics and Capabilities, and evaluating feasibility
- Solid comprehension of the features, modules, and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
- Direct experience engaging with customers to gather needs and convert them into functional features
- Capable of working hand-in-hand with technical teams to recognize opportunities and challenges
Qualifications
- Practical background or critical thinking regarding the integration of AI into workflows, decisions, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with Large Language Models, machine learning, and data science principles
- Experience working with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Strong command of design thinking principles for developing user-centric products and leading ideation through proof of concept stages
- Bachelor degree required
- Master of Business Administration preferred
