Fieldguide values individuals who are fearless, fast, lovable, owners, win-win oriented, and inclusive. The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 235,000 to 290,000 per year along with equity ownership, flexible time off, a 401k plan, wellness perks including complimentary therapy sessions, and allowances for technology and remote workspace expenses.

Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of product management experience

- Demonstrate strong technical understanding, including the ability to discuss LLM and agent architecture, evaluations, and engineering tradeoffs without writing code
