Job Description
Grafana Labs, the firm behind the Grafana Cloud monitoring service, is recruiting a Strategic Channel Manager to shape its partner go-to-market plan for India. The business is fully remote, with staff spread across more than 40 countries.
This is a revenue-driven position. The manager works mainly with partner firms such as Value-Added Resellers and Systems Integrators and carries responsibility for partner-sourced income, both now and in later periods. The listing makes clear that the job centers on selling, not on running a programmatic or distribution channel.
The role would be the company's inaugural channel position in India. The person will start a partner community from the ground up and help define the job itself, the plan, and the operating playbook. Day-to-day work involves Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, plus senior management, keeping partner activity aligned with product direction and the sales development effort.
The role suits a seller who enjoys owning a revenue target, performs well in a quick-moving setting, and wants to build a channel that is scaling rapidly. The posting notes that the India OTE range applies to this position, with actual pay tied to level, experience, and skills.
