PointClickCare is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its team on a remote basis. This position involves travel to offices in Mississauga or Salt Lake City for specific in-office events such as onboarding, team meetings, and semi-annual gatherings. PointClickCare is a founder-led, privately held health technology enterprise that provides platforms for over 30,000 provider organizations in the long-term and post-acute care sectors.
In this role, the selected professional will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and platform operations to connect overarching business strategy with daily execution. Responsibilities include coordinating complex cross-team initiatives, driving delivery clarity, utilizing AI-driven analytics to identify risks, and coaching teams on effective operating cadences. The ideal candidate brings technical fluency, systems-level thinking, and strong collaboration skills to help the organization scale.
The base salary for this position ranges from USD 153,900 to 171,000 per year, accompanied by a bonus and benefits package. Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering Leads to translate strategy and OKRs into execution plans focused on customer and business value
- Lead cross-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities while ensuring dependency visibility
- Eliminate ambiguity by connecting business intent to execution signals using delivery and outcome metrics
- Apply AI-driven analytics to surface risks, detect bottlenecks, and generate proactive recommendations for velocity
- Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven practices that balance autonomy with alignment
- Facilitate alignment among senior product, design, and engineering leadership by making trade-offs visible
- Evolve shared tools, processes, and frameworks to amplify portfolio-wide impact
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience leading complex software programs in TPM, EPM, or similar roles
- 3 or more years driving multi-team initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans while managing dependencies and risks
- Proficiency with program execution and delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
- Technical fluency in modern software systems including APIs, architectures, and integration patterns
- Experience using metrics and AI tools to improve predictability, flow, outcomes, and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
