PointClickCare is seeking a Project Manager (Enterprise) to guide client engagements through multiple concurrent EHR implementations. Operating in a remote capacity with required travel to the Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices for specific team events and onboarding, this full-time role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Professional Services.
In this position, the primary client liaison will support enterprise-level accounts by partnering with internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-market implementations. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines, resources, schedules, and deliverables while aligning all stakeholders toward successful adoption and smooth transitions to ongoing support.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout all stages of the project
- Define project scope, goals, outcomes, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Lead customer kick-off meetings alongside delivery resources
- Oversee multiple concurrent software deployments, managing schedules, budgets, communications, and resources
- Coordinate implementation tasks across enterprise customer locations and internal groups
- Provide guidance to the implementation team and review their deliverables
- Track and communicate project status, issues, and proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and dependencies
- Drive solution adoption and ensure a seamless handover to ongoing support upon project closure
- Track revenue, deployments, budgets, and timelines utilizing internal systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share project management best practices
Requirements
- Experience managing complex software implementations, particularly for enterprise or multi-site clients
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving background with the ability to self-manage and prioritize demands
- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and use AI tools to solve problems and improve outcomes
Qualifications
- Prior background in healthcare technology, such as EMR, EHR, or Pharmacy solutions
- Familiarity with PointClickCare platforms
- Understanding of systems design
- PMP or PRINCE2 designation
