This full-time position places a professional in the role of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Partner Manager. The chosen candidate will direct and refine operations across the third-party logistics network to achieve rapid inbound fulfillment and cost-effective distribution. Serving as a strategic link between the company and its logistics vendors, the role emphasizes strict service level compliance, lean workflows, and fiscal oversight. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across the third-party logistics network through monthly and quarterly reviews
- Monitor and improve core fulfillment metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and safety compliance
- Oversee annual operational budgets, review 3PL billing for accuracy, and handle chargebacks
- Lead lean initiatives and workflow enhancements within 3PL facilities to minimize bottlenecks and waste
- Collaborate with internal supply chain, transport, and commercial teams while guiding external partner performance
- Verify that partner facilities adhere to corporate and regulatory safety policies while implementing business continuity plans
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or warehousing operations including distribution center planning, inventory flow, or supply chain analytics

- Vendor management capabilities to guide and influence external operational teams
- Written and presentation skills for facilitating reviews and presenting data insights to leadership
