Job Description
Canva is hiring a UK Product Growth Lead to work at its London campus near Hoxton Square. The role sits in the Localisation group, which belongs to the International Supergroup and works closely with Growth and the rest of the company. The group aims to honour the variety of global users and make their Canva experience feel hyperlocal.
Every month, Canva's user base exceeds 100 million, and many of them design in one of the platform's 100 non-English languages. The localisation specialty is made up of language experts, project coordinators and developers placed across the company. The UK lead brings product and cultural insight to the British experience, represents UK users internally, and pushes for content that feels locally relevant. The work covers finding localisation gains for the UK market, repairing funnel drop-offs from signup and login through to editing and publishing, and tailoring worldwide messages, promotions and product flows for British audiences.
The lead teams up with the UK group on growth initiatives, gives cultural guidance to global teams, and collaborates with local partners on clarity, tone and nuance. The role also helps produce language style guides and tone-of-voice plans. The posting seeks an established record in product management, including setting product direction across cross-functional teams, and grounding in conversion rate optimisation. Candidates from product, growth, localisation, internationalisation or content design backgrounds are considered, and experience at a software or tech company is valued. The role calls for analytical thinking, the ability to explain complicated problems simply, and enough technical fluency to talk with engineers and designers.
