Job Description
HackerOne is hiring a Vice President of Partnership Sales to design and expand the company's partner-driven revenue. The company combines a large network of security researchers with an AI-enabled platform that finds and fixes security weaknesses. The VP reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversees partnerships with resellers, technology allies and cloud marketplaces.
The leader manages seven Channel Account Managers and sets the strategy, operating model and success metrics for the partnership channel. Building relationships with senior partner executives, including those in the AWS ecosystem, is a core part of the job. The company wants the function built around AI, with automated forecasts and tailored enablement, while people handle the relationship work.
This executive works hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Customer Success and Product so that partnership priorities match company direction, strengthen partner programs and deliver a unified partner experience. The VP decides where investment should go, simplifies the partner model when needed, and holds the group to measurable outcomes.
Qualified candidates bring senior sales leadership in infosec, cybersecurity or an adjacent field, experience building channel or alliance programs, and a history of leading strong sales teams. Preferred background includes cloud marketplace work, growing new annual recurring revenue by $30 million or more, and guiding a company through growth stages, including IPO readiness.
